Viola Folador was born in 1993.
She has always been in love with writing, film and photography, as a child is influenced by the gothic soul of Edgar Allan Poe, the films by Tim Burton and fascinated by all that is strange, intricate, decadent.
After finishing her high school specialized in foreing languages, she enrolls at the Film Institute Michelangelo Antonioni.
‘Matrioska’ is her first short film that she wrote and directed personally and through which begins to be known thanks to numerous appearances at festivals and screenings. She realizes a second short film: ‘Samuel’. In 2016 she direct is third shortfilm “Yellow’s Anxiety” and other small works, like “The duelists” and “Circle of ignorance”
